Tom Barklage
Tom Barklage is a seasoned executive with over 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, primarily with Johnson & Johnson. He is married to Alison and is the father of Blake and Alexis. After the tragic loss of his son Blake, a La Salle College High School senior, Tom took time off to grieve, which inspired him to advocate for expanded bereavement care at his company. His personal experience has driven him to enhance support for others facing similar challenges, making him a passionate advocate for improving workplace bereavement care.
Andrea Ramirez
Andrea Ramirez is the Senior Director of the Care Team of grief support company, Empathy, which helps and guides bereaved families through the grieving process. In her role, Andrea is responsible for the training and development of this team, fostering inter-department collaboration while leading with heart. As a seasoned Director of Member Experience and Care Operations, she brings extensive experience in people leadership, process improvement, and operations.

Luke is the Vice President and General Manager of Employer Solutions at Empathy.
