The Insurance & Wealth Solutions Team at Empathy drives enterprise sales operations, partnering with life insurance carriers, affinity groups, brokers, and other financial institutions to deliver Empathy's innovative support solutions. In this role you will
Sales Enablement
- Develop, implement, and manage sales training programs, including onboarding and ongoing education.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to create playbooks, sales collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and competitive intelligence materials, tailored to different client segments ,and other team-wide resources.
- Work with marketing to ensure alignment between sales collateral and market positioning.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend tailored training to address specific needs.
Sales Support
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems and other sales tools, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflows.
- Generate and analyze sales performance reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage and improve sales processes to ensure smooth operation and alignment with business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure sales has the tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to ensure alignment on company priorities and initiatives.
- Support the roll-out of new products, features, or initiatives, ensuring sales readiness.
Technology and Tools Management
- Administer and train the sales team on tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, or other CRM platforms.
- Evaluate and implement new tools or technologies to enhance sales efficiency.
- Monitor adoption and usage of sales enablement tools and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and reports.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like Target Account Selling, Account-Based Selling, Value-Based Selling

The salary for this position ranges between $100,000 - $115,000 . This is decided based on many factors, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
