We are seeking a sharp, kind, proactive, and curious Product Analyst to join our Product Growth team as the first dedicated analyst. In this role, you will be an integral member of the product team, a collaborator, and a multiplier of capabilities. You will play a pivotal part in driving our product lines to greater visibility and utilization by families navigating life’s challenging moments.
In this role you will
- Serve as the partner and a go-to person for product teams seeking knowledge, signals, and data to support decision-making processes.
- Proactively explore data to identify value, impact opportunities, and areas for improvement across the product experience.
- Act as the data champion, making data intuitive, accessible, and actionable. Treat stakeholders as users by designing dashboards, reports, and tools that inspire confidence, drive insights, and empower effective decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategy, guide experimentation, and measure impact, driving meaningful outcomes for our users.
- Bring your product mindset to elevate the visibility and utilization of our offerings, ensuring our product reaches and supports more families in need.
Requirements
- A Product/Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience and fluency in SQL.
- Kind and humble, with genuine care for those around you and a focus on fostering a positive, supportive environment.
- Naturally curious and proactive, consistently digging deeper than others to uncover insights and solve problems.
- An exceptionally strong product sense, with a deep understanding of what drives user behavior and engagement.
- A multitasker who stays organized and consistently on top of things.
- Detail-oriented, with a master plan always in mind to ensure nothing is overlooked.
- A great communicator and listener, skilled at distilling complex information into actionable insights.
