Our partnerships with major insurance carriers and Fortune 500 companies are bringing essential bereavement support to millions of families nationwide.

We're looking for people who thrive in fast-paced environments but never lose sight of the meaningful impact their work creates. In this role you will

As our founding RevOps leader, you'll build two critical products: impeccable day-to-day operations and a scalable GTM machine designed for hyper-growth. You'll have immediate impact establishing our foundation while laying tracks for our next growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Architecture: Build and maintain our CRM as the single source of truth with rigorous data standards and automated workflows that evolve as we scale
  • Operating Rhythm: Partner with leadership to establish and optimize the cadence of meetings, reporting structures, and key business reviews that drive accountability across the organization
  • Revenue Intelligence: Develop accurate forecasting methodology and transform our funnel stages into a flywheel model with clear stage gates and conversion metrics that reveal actionable insights for strategic decision-making
  • GTM Infrastructure: Design territory models, compensation structures, and approval workflows that balance immediate execution with future scalability
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, Finance and Legal to build processes that solve today's challenges while preparing for tomorrow's scale
  • Sales Productivity: Drive measurable improvements in rep performance, ramp times, and revenue per head by identifying patterns and developing playbooks tailored to specific ICPs, account sizes, and budget parameters
  • Tech Stack Orchestration: Evaluate, select and implement tools across both sales and marketing that eliminate friction in our customer journey from lead to expansion

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B experience with at least 6 years in revenue operations roles with proven ability to both build and execute
  • Deep Salesforce expertise with hands-on implementation experience
  • Track record establishing RevOps in early-stage environments (0-10 AEs) with an eye toward scale
  • Experience implementing processes across the full revenue lifecycle (marketing, sales, customer success)
  • Demonstrated success building systems that evolved through multiple growth phases

Preferred Qualifications

  • A doer and builder who loves creating from scratch and is unafraid to get your hands dirty
  • Ability to create structure where none exists, thriving in ambiguity
  • Capable of balancing immediate execution with future-proofing, knowing that what works today may need reinvention tomorrow.
